Walter L. Rathbun began his love affair with food during his first high school job: working on the tomato
line in a canning plant. During World War II, he was assigned to the US Army Quartermaster Corps. He was recalled for the Korean conflict, again buying food for the Armed Forces. Returning to civilian life, he sold boxes to the canning industry. While making his rounds, canners would ask, 'Walter, how do we fill out these government bids?" His 35 years of experience have now passed to the next generation. We continue his proud tradition by providing reliable and expert services to the food industry.
