								Walter L. Rathbun Founder			Our founder, Walter Latham Rathbun began his love affair with the food industry during his first high school job: working on the tomato line in a canning plant. (He went on to marry the boss's daughter!) During World War II, he was assisgned to the US Army Quartermaster Corps. He was recalled for the Korean conflict, again buying food for the Armed Forces. Returning to civilian life, he sold boxes to the canning industry. While making his rounds, producers would ask, "Walter, how do we fill out these government bids?" His 35 years of experience have now passed to the next generations. We continue his proud tradition by providing reliable and expert services to the food industry. Marge Kuhl: No discussion of the early days of the company would be complete without crediting Marge with a large measure of its success. She began with the company at its onset and stayed with "Mr. Rathbun" for his entire tenure and then continued with his daughter until her final illness forced her to retire.
								Susan Rathbun Hussey Bush			Walter's daughter, Susan Rathbun Hussey Bush, joined him in 1991. She brought a love for organizational detail to the company. Involved with computers since 1985, she developed the company's database program that creates bid histories and spreadsheets so that customers can submit their bids quickly and easily. Her involvement with databases led her to write "how to" manuals for the Alpha Five database program. She retired from LFM in 2004 and continues to write for Liberty Manuals Company. Clorinda Zielinski: After Marge Kuhl died, Clorinda became Susan's valued assistant. She continued with Dave until she retired to North Carolina in 2007.
								David Francis Hussey President			Susan's youngest son, David Hussey, is the third generation to carry on the family tradition of service. Dave brings a friendly enthusiasm to the company and is doggedly dedicated to getting the best results for our customers. No request is too large nor too small. His passion is bike riding and most summer weekends will find him competing.
